Caffè Haiti Roma celebrates 25 years of Slow Food
On Saturday 18th June Caffè Haiti Roma is glad to celebrate the first 25 years of Slow Food at Casa del Parco in Rome and, at the end of a dinner with a rich and tasty menu, entirely organic, will offer its well-known Biocaffè 100% Organic 100% Fairtrade.
Caffè Haiti Roma shares the choice of spreading the knowledge of Goodness, Clearness and Fairness. In fact, our roasting company has always taken care of man and environment, and demonstrates it through its commitment and sensitiveness for the choice of coffee blends, good and especially healthy, and the safeguard of the farmers coming from the Southern part of the world. The natural consequence is an excellent organic and fairtrade coffee, certified both by ICEA and FAIRTRADE.
The Organic Bistrot, to which Caffè Haiti Roma will take part in the evening of 18 th June, is just one of the many events ideated for Slow Food Day: in fact, in an exciting and original way, national Slow Food has organized a day entirely dedicated to the safeguard of local wine and food heritage, the interaction between producers and citizens, the celebration of the first 25 years of activity and the promotion of sustainable development and many interesting projects; a feast day, that will be celebrated in three hundred squares in Italy, four of them in Rome, and that includes corner markets, demonstrations and tasting events.
