It's good, healthy and fairtrade. Bio Caffè Haiti Roma: tradition and future
The determination through which Festambiente proposes issues linked to the culture of territories, traditions and care for the environment, always with that strong ethic commitment, has persuaded us that a policy that involves citizen and family is the only solution for a conscious progress.
It is for this reason that Caffè Haiti Roma, the well known roasting company based in Rome, wanted to participate. The vocational choices that the company has been pursuing for sixty years deal not only with the tireless research for maintaining the quality of products, but also with the care of the workers and of all the steps of the manufacturing process, through DQS Integrated System ISO 9001 - ISO 14001 - OHSAS 18001.
The strong social commitment of the company owners and the workers themselves, during the last years has led the company to a choice in favour of new products, not only Organic, but also Fairtrade, giving the workers the chance to work with continuity.
To meet the needs of some categories of experts that, because of their activity find espresso bar machines not handy, Caffè Haiti Roma wanted to propose 100% Made in Italy coffee pod machines, that use pods in natural paper, biodegradable and compostable, without the harmful release of phtalate, furan and aluminium, zero impact, confirming in this way the wish of the company to safeguard its customers and the environment.
